Order Processing

At Hepoletti, orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
During peak periods (such as sales events or public holidays), processing may take an additional business day, although we always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow 1–2 additional business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.


U.S. Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states

  • APO/FPO and PO Box addresses are accepted

Please note:
Hepoletti operates warehouses in multiple countries. Orders are prioritized to ship from our U.S. warehouse whenever possible. However, if an item is temporarily out of stock in the U.S., your order may be shipped from one of our international warehouses to avoid unnecessary delays.


International Shipping

Hepoletti offers worldwide shipping.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be modified or waived by Hepoletti.

Important information for international orders:

  • A valid phone number is required for international shipping

  • Please ensure your email address is accurate to receive order and shipping confirmations

  • International shipments may require additional customs clearance time, depending on local customs policies
